To process an early refill or replacement of your medication, you will need to speak with a Customer Service Representative. Please have your prescription bottle available and contact 877-363-1303. During the call, please press 1 for Home Delivery and say Recall after verifying beneficiary information. We care about your health and will supply you with drug product from manufacturers that meet the FDA guidelines for impurity levels of this medication for your next fill.
