Military Pharmacies
You can get up to a 90-day supply of most medications at military pharmacies. Medications are free of cost when filled at a military pharmacy. Find a military pharmacy near you by visiting tricare.mil/mtf.
TRICARE Pharmacy Home Delivery
TRICARE Pharmacy Home Delivery is the most convenient way to receive eligible routine prescriptions. You may receive up to a 90-day supply of your medication delivered right to your door[1]. Learn more about switching to home delivery.
If you are filling an eligible specialty medication, Accredo provides specialty pharmacy services at TRICARE Home Delivery. To find out if you are taking a specialty medication, visit the TRICARE Formulary Search Tool or view the specialty drug list. You may also choose to fill your specialty medications at TRICARE retail network pharmacies[2]. Contact your pharmacy of choice to ensure they carry your medication.
TRICARE retail network pharmacies
At TRICARE retail network pharmacies, you can get up to a 30-day supply of your medication. The TRICARE pharmacy network gives you access to convenient in-network retail pharmacy locations throughout the U.S. and its territories. Find a Pharmacy near you.
Non-Network Retail Pharmacies
At non-network retail pharmacies, you can get up to a 30-day supply and will pay full price for their prescriptions. You can file a claim for reimbursement. Reimbursements are subject to deductible or out-of-network cost-shares, and copayments. All deductibles must be met before TRICARE can reimburse.

[2] There are select medications in the Expanded Use of Military Pharmacy and TRICARE Mail Order Pharmacy Program (EMM). Beneficiaries who start a prescription or fill EMM drugs at retail pharmacy locations must pay full price for their prescriptions after receiving two courtesy fills. Beneficiaries must transfer the specific medications to TRICARE Home Delivery or a military pharmacy (if the medication is available) to avoid paying more at the pharmacy.
