GLP-1 medications are a class of medications that can help manage blood sugar levels in patients with type 2 diabetes and can support weight management.

Your TRICARE pharmacy benefit covers certain approved GLP-1 medications for diabetes and weight management. Use the TRICARE Formulary Search tool to search for your drug and find any required forms.

• TRICARE Home Delivery. TRICARE Home Delivery will accept new and existing approved weight management prescriptions based on plan coverage.
• Network retail pharmacies. Visit esrx.com/findapharmacy to find a network retail pharmacy near you.
• Military Treatment Facility (MTF). Find a military hospital or clinic that offers weight management medications. Call ahead to make sure the drug is available.
