Can I spread out payments over a period of time?

Some plans offer an Extended Payment Plan (EPP), which allows you to break a bill into three payments. To enroll:

  1. Log in and go to Account, then select Payment Methods.
  2. Click Edit Information.
  3. Select Extended Payment Program (EPP). If you don’t see this option, EPP is not offered for your plan.
  4. Select the payment method you want to use for your extended payments.
  5. Click the checkbox to agree to EPP Terms and Conditions. This is a required step to enroll in the program.
  6. Click Close.
