Express Scripts has the privilege to continue serving as the pharmacy benefit manager for the men and women of the United States Armed Forces, military retirees, and their families. Robust pharmacy networks are critical to ensuring access for TRICARE beneficiaries, and independent pharmacies are important partners.
Express Scripts is looking forward to welcoming additional independent pharmacies into the TRICARE pharmacy network. As of October 6, 2023, a notice announcing the contract solicitation was sent to independent pharmacies eligible to join the TRICARE network. Independent pharmacies that previously declined will be given another opportunity to consider participating.
Pharmacies should direct all questions regarding this opportunity to FederalRecontracting@express-scripts.com.
Beneficiaries are encouraged to use the Find a Pharmacy tool to find a nearby in-network pharmacy. Beneficiaries can also use a local, military pharmacy or TRICARE Home Delivery for their eligible prescriptions.
