How to file a pharmacy claim online

You can submit a claim for reimbursement[i] if you paid out-of-pocket for your prescription at a pharmacy because
- …your military ID card was not accepted by mistake
- …the pharmacy did not coordinate your other health insurance with your TRICARE benefits
- …you received your prescription at a pharmacy outside of the TRICARE pharmacy network[ii]
What do you need to submit a pharmacy claim online?
To submit a pharmacy claim online you will need to register for an online account. Once registered, follow the steps below.
If you already have an online account, simply log in to get started. Once logged in, navigate to the ‘Benefits’ menu option and select ‘Forms’.
Be sure to have your prescriber information handy, a photocopy of your pharmacy receipt and the phone number for the pharmacy you filled your prescription.
