It's easy to get started with home delivery.
If you're ready to start enjoying the convenience, reliability, and flexibility of home delivery this year, follow these simple steps to sign up.

1. Create your account, choose your communication preferences, get important medication updates, and more.
2. Log in to find your current medication(s) eligible for home delivery, or ask your doctor to electronically prescribe (e-Prescribe) up to a 90-day supply of your routine and long-term medications.

• You can also ask the military hospital/clinic pharmacist to transfer your prescription to home delivery.
• You may also fill out the home delivery order form (PDF) and then mail the form and your 90-day prescription to the address listed on the form.

3. Download the free Express Scripts Mobile App to manage your medications and refills from your device.
