Add a caregiver to your account

A caregiver can be a family member, friend, in-home nurse, or anyone who helps you manage your medication. Adding them to your account as a "designated caregiver" makes it easier for them to help you.

Your caregiver can order prescriptions, check your order status, set your account preferences, and answer questions about your orders like where to ship your medication or how to pay.

To make someone your caregiver, go to Add a Caregiver under Account in the menu. You’ll need the caregiver’s name, phone number, email address, and date of birth.

You can have up to eight designated caregivers on your account.

If you are a caregiver and hold a person's power of attorney (POA), your client still must designate you as a caregiver using the Add a Caregiver page.
