Push notifications are a new capability within the Express Scripts® Pharmacy Mobile App. This feature was developed to ensure you immediately get important messages to your cellular or mobile device about your prescriptions and stay engaged with your medication therapy.

Updates sent via push notification include:

  • Order received
  • New prescription needed
  • Doctor hasn’t responded to request for prescription
  • Order shipped
  • Scheduled order arrival date
  • Order delivered

Get started with push notifications today:

To enable push notifications, go to your mobile device settings and turn on “Allow Notifications” for the Express Scripts® Pharmacy Mobile App.

You can also allow notifications from within “Communication Preferences” in the mobile app.
