How can I see my EOBs online?
Looking to review your TRICARE prescription claim history online? You can view your Explanation of Benefit (EOB) statements electronically by updating your communication preferences through your online account. By updating your communication preferences from receiving EOBs by mail to email, you will receive monthly emails linking to your online EOB statements.
To switch to online statements, visit Account in the top menu and select Communication Preferences. Under Explanation of Benefits (EOB), change your delivery method to "Receive by email".
Reviewing your EOBs helps you understand your prescription claims and how much you saved. You can view, print or download your statements to your computer at any time for record-keeping purposes.
How will I know when my EOB is ready to view?
You will receive an email notification that your statement is ready to be viewed. This notification will generally arrive around the 15th of the month following each month that you filled a prescription at a retail network pharmacy or Express Scripts® pharmacy home delivery.
If you select to receive printed EOB statements, they will be mailed to you every three months.
How to find your EOB statements:
- Log in to your account.
- Under Benefits in the top menu, select Explanation of Benefits.
- Choose a date range.
- Click Get an EOB to view your information.
What if something appears incorrect on my EOB statement?
You should always review your EOB statement and check for mistakes. If you notice something incorrect on your EOB statement, contact Express Scripts at 1-877-363-1303.
